RepRealm collects as little as possible and shows no ads inside the game. If you give permission, we measure which ad brought you here so we know where to spend. You can say no, and everything in the game works exactly the same.
The camera is used only during a workout to count your reps, and everything happens on your device in real time. We never watch, record, store, or upload your camera feed. Each frame is analyzed on the spot to detect your movement and then immediately discarded.
Your game progress is stored on your device, not on our servers. To provide subscriptions and optional leaderboards, we use a payments provider and Apple Game Center, which receive only the data needed for those features (such as purchase status and, if you sign in, your scores) and an anonymous identifier. These providers are required to protect that data to the same standard described here. We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, or health data, and we show no ads inside the game.
To understand how the game is played and make it better, RepRealm collects anonymous, aggregated usage data (for example, which screens and features you use) through PostHog, a privacy-focused analytics service. This data is not linked to your identity, is never used for advertising, and is processed on servers in the European Union. It does not include the advertising identifier, and we do not combine it with other datasets to identify you. You can turn analytics off anytime in Settings → Share Usage Data.
We advertise RepRealm on other platforms. To know which ads are worth paying for, we use AppsFlyer, an attribution provider that receives app installs and opens, a few in-app milestones, and device identifiers, and tells us which ad an install came from.
The advertising identifier (IDFA) is only collected if you tap Allow on the iOS tracking request. If you decline or never answer, we do not collect it and measurement falls back to Apple’s SKAdNetwork, which reports anonymous campaign totals only. We do not sell your data and we do not build advertising profiles about you. You can change your answer at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and turning off Settings → Share Usage Data in RepRealm stops attribution reporting too.
If you choose to use Report a Bug or Suggest Content in Settings, the message you write is sent to us through the same analytics service, together with your app version, iOS version, and device model (for example "iPhone14,5") so we can reproduce the problem. Nothing is sent unless you tap Send, and because these messages are anonymous we have no way to reply to them. Please do not include personal details you would rather not share; if you want a response, email us instead. Feedback cannot be sent while Share Usage Data is turned off.
Data on your device is removed when you delete the app. You can revoke camera access, turn off usage analytics, and withdraw tracking permission in Settings, and manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account. To request deletion of any data associated with your purchases or with an install we measured, email us and we will act on it.
