RepRealm Privacy Policy

Last updated 30 July 2026

RepRealm collects as little as possible, does not track you across other apps, and shows no ads.

Camera

The camera is used only during a workout to count your reps, and everything happens on your device in real time. We never watch, record, store, or upload your camera feed. Each frame is analyzed on the spot to detect your movement and then immediately discarded.

Data we handle

Your game progress is stored on your device, not on our servers. To provide subscriptions and optional leaderboards, we use a payments provider and Apple Game Center, which receive only the data needed for those features (such as purchase status and, if you sign in, your scores) and an anonymous identifier. These providers are required to protect that data to the same standard described here. We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, or any advertising or health data, and we show no ads.

Analytics

To understand how the game is played and make it better, RepRealm collects anonymous, aggregated usage data (for example, which screens and features you use) through PostHog, a privacy-focused analytics service. This data is not linked to your identity, is never used for advertising, and is processed on servers in the European Union. We do not collect the advertising identifier and do not combine this data with other datasets to identify you. You can turn analytics off anytime in Settings → Share Usage Data.

Retention & your choices

Data on your device is removed when you delete the app. You can revoke camera access and turn off usage analytics in Settings, and manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account. To request deletion of any data associated with your purchases, email us and we will act on it.
